5-WEEK WOMEN'S HEALTH & FITNESS SERIES
Weekly Sessions
Gain Educational insights on women's health and fitness, covering menstrual cycles, menopause, pelvic floor, sleep, strength, bone density, and more.
Learn essential warm-up and cool-down routines for performance and recovery.
Experience a variety of workouts focusing on strength, cardio, power, and more.
Final Day Workshop
We wrap up our 5-week course with a nutritious lunch, a final workout, and a complimentary deep tissue or relaxation massage.
