What if I can’t make a session on my subscription?No problem- sessions can be rescheduled with notice, or you can carry them over if needed, you don't lose them. We just ask that cancellations follow our notice period so your coach has time to adjust.

Can I get a program to follow at home or at another gym?Absolutely. We offer assessment + program-only options for people who want expert guidance but prefer to train independently or elsewhere. These can include access to our training app and remote support if desired.

Can I train with a partner or family member?Yes - our Tandem Memberships are perfect for friends, partners, or family members who want to train together while still receiving individualised programs and support.

What happens in the initial assessment?Your coach will get to know your goals, history, and how your body moves. We assess posture, mobility, strength, and function to design a tailored program that works with your body - not against it.
