Our mission at Align is to help you improve your functional movements for activities of daily living.
We utilise functional exercises to enhance the ability of your muscles to work together safely and effectively during everyday activities. By simulating common movements during our sessions that you might do at home, at work or in sport, we can train your muscles for stronger, more efficient and pain-free movement.
At Align, we pride ourselves on bringing a high standard of personalised 1-to-1 and small group coaching, whatever your situation may look like.

Exercise Oncology
Empowered by Maple Tree Cancer Alliance - Our Qualified Cancer Exercise Specialist is here to help you stay active and move well, from diagnosis right through treatment, rehabilitation and to carry through with you long term. When designing your bespoke program we take into account every aspect of your situation including type of cancer, stage, treatment type, medication, side-effects and all other factors.

Corrective Exercise
Our Qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist combines her understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances in order to improve the overall quality of movement during every day life. By improving the alignment of your body, we can help it better handle the load that everyday movements place on it and help reduce your risk of injuries as you age.

Personal Training
Are you wanting to move better and feel stronger but aren't comfortable in a big gym environment? Our studio is the "gym" for the non-gym people! Offering a private and welcoming environment with 1-to-1 or small group coaching sessions, our Personal Trainers guide you through your bespoke exercise program, helping you build confidence, gain knowledge and achieve your health and fitness goals.
