We are not self-directed workouts - we operate through a coach-led membership model designed for consistent, long-term progress. â€‹

Every member trains within a structured coaching model where:

Your 30-minute Clarity Consultation includes:

• A conversation about your goals and history
• Discussion of previous exercise experiences
• Exploration of what hasn’t worked before
• Overview of how our membership model works
• Time to ask questions

Align Functional Fitness Consultation

Memberships start from $60-$100 per week, depending on level of support.

We are not the cheapest option — and intentionally so.

We focus on long-term results through personalised guidance, blending the accountability of Personal Training with the consistency of a gym membership.
