We are not a traditional 24/7 access gym - we provide structured coaching with the flexibility of 24/7 access - so you have both guidance and freedom.


We are not group fitness classes - we build individualised programmes that adapt to you. *(Except Empowered Group Programme)


We are not self-directed workouts - we operate through a coach-led membership model designed for consistent, long-term progress. 

Every member trains within a structured coaching model where:

• Programming adapts to the individual
• Health history and biomechanics are considered
• Progress is deliberate, not rushed
• The environment is calm and focused

Our approach prioritises:

• Context over intensity
• Structure over chaos
• Guidance over self-navigation
• Engagement over attendance

• Discussion of previous exercise experiences
