Exercise Oncology Programs


Empowered by Maple Tree Cancer Alliance - Our Qualified Cancer Exercise Specialist is here to help you stay active and move well, from diagnosis right through treatment, rehabilitation and through into long term. When designing your bespoke program we take into account every aspect of your situation including type of cancer, stage, treatment type, medication, side-effects and all other factors.

Personal Training Programs

Our programs utilise functional exercises that will help you improve the ability of your muscles to work together. By stimulating common movements that you might do at home, at work or in sport during your sessions we can train your body for stronger, pain-free, more efficient movement.

How our programs work


During your consultation we'll discuss your health & medical history, exercise goals and expectations. After learning a bit about you, we'll outline an overview of how your personalised program might look and discuss our recommendations for achieving your goals.

Movement Screen

Using a couple of simple, non-intensive movement assessments we will gather information about your unique movement profile, including muscles suspected to be over- or under-active. This helps us select the appropriate exercises, modifications and progressions for your program.

Your Program

Based on our recommendations, your schedule, budget and any other contributing factors we will outline a Program to best suit your needs. 
Variables of your customised program will include number of coached sessions per week and duration of sessions.

Schedule regular 1-3 sessions/week with your coach - for 60 minute sessions


30 Minute sessions

Shorter sessions, or tandem sessions are available

$45/half hr

Check-in Sessions


Looking to just touch base with your coach a couple times a month, add check-in sessions to your membership (15 minutes)

24/7 Gym Access


*Coming soon* - our new facility will be open 24/7 with key card access.

Optional - Access to the gym only during training with your coach this is available
