About the event
Prior to starting the 8 week programme you will get a Movement Screen & Posture Assessment session to determine which exercises will be best for your unique movement profile over the 8 weeks.
Book in for 2 x 45 minute small group training sessions per week with one of our exercise specialists
EXPERTLY DESIGNED WORKOUTS
Our team of experienced fitness professionals understands the toll that desk work can take on your body. Our program is designed to target key areas prone to pain and stiffness, with exercises that improve flexibility, strength and posture.
WORKDAY FRIENDLY ROUTINES
Our quick fire 45 minute sessions are designed to fit into your work day - with sessions available in the morning and at lunch time that wont leave you feeling exhausted for the rest of your day
We know that everyone's body is unique. That's why our programme comes with tailored exercises and progressions to accommodate your current fitness level and specific pain points. You'll gradually build strength and flexibility, ensuring lasting results
Beyond your workout you can access our Physiotherapist and Holistic Health Coaching services to enhance your overall improvement on this 8 week programme
