Navigating menopause can feel overwhelming, but the right approach to exercise can make a huge difference.
This 10-week Small Group programme is designed for women at any stage of menopause—peri, during, or post—who want to stay strong, active, and in control of their health.
Led by expert coach, Kate Kempthorne with special guest, Morgan Spittal (Registered Nurse & Holistic Health Coach).
Each 60-minute session includes:
