About the event

Don't let age be a barrier to living your best life. Take the first step towards a more active, fulfilling and mobile future with our 6 Week Active Aging Programme. 

Whats Involved:

Initial Consultation - We recognise that no two bodies are alike. Prior to your first session, you'll get to meet with your trainer individually to discuss your goals, fitness level, health history and any specific concerns or limitations you may have. 

Tailored to you - Let by our experienced trainers who specialise in adaptive exercise, each session is crafted with your unique needs and goals in mind.

Community Support - Our small groups of 3-4 people allow you to expereinced the camaraderie and support of like-minded individuals who are committed to active aging. 

Focused Movements - Sessions will focus on movements that build strength, flexibility, balance, reduce the risk of falls, improve cognitive function, improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Initial Consultation and 6 x 45 minute group sessions (1x/week) only $180 (+10% discount for SuperGold Card Holders).
